When Receiving Your Product
Before signing the delivery receipt, check the box of your product for any damage or issues. If you find any damage or discrepancies, or if the box seal is broken, do not sign any delivery documents. Instead, request the delivery personnel to prepare a report and return the box to us. If you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be sent to you immediately. We are not responsible for any damage or missing items if you accept the product with a damaged box or claim of missing contents.
