Returns and Exchanges: You can return or exchange items within 14 business days.
Products that cannot be exchanged or returned;
* Custom-made and personalized items requiring special designs are produced upon request, therefore returns and exchanges are not available.
* Hygiene products such as earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Limited stock items are non-refundable and exchange-free.
How can I exchange or return an item?
After your order arrives, you can collect it between 09:00 and 18:00. info@gosijewelry.com You can send an email to [email address] specifying the product you wish to exchange or return, along with your order number. The reply email will guide you through the necessary steps.
*The product(s) must be in a resalable condition and must be returned in the same packaging in which they were sent to you.
*Exchange procedures for approved products are based on the current stock levels at our warehouse upon arrival. Your product will be exchanged and shipped to you within 1-3 business days.
*The return process takes 1-14 business days for credit card payments and 1-30 business days for debit card payments, after the product has been received and inspected at our warehouse. This timeframe is not related to us and is the processing time between your bank and the virtual POS system.
*For payments made via bank transfer, refunds will be processed to the IBAN you provided via email within 1-7 business days.
