Products returned within 14 days of the original shipment date in the same new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping charges for returns are the customer's responsibility, and shipping/handling fees of the original purchase are non-refundable.

You can send the product and packaging you received, as long as it is undamaged, to the address below via Yurtiçi Kargo:
